The Client Support Specialist collaborates with the Client Support Management team to ensure the success of our client programs by developing positive relationships with clients and becoming product experts. This role focuses on improving the overall health and satisfaction of our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience working in a client support and/or operations role with direct client
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, Asana and Dynamics CRM
