Job Description
The Implementations Manager is responsible for executing high-quality client onboarding procedures, developing and implementing project plans, and resolving potential roadblocks to successful implementation. This role works directly with clients, providing subject matter expertise and managing stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding role
- Proven understanding of project lifecycle methodology and project management principles
- Project Management tool/software experience
- Excellent business writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
