Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing high-quality and timely client projects, with a focus on speed, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Manage cross-functional activities that support low/mid-level scale implementations
• Serve as single point of contact for all change orders and escalations on existing client program base
• Execute effective implementation methodology and customize project plans
• Coordinate project deliverables among internal teams
• Maintain accurate project status and escalate barriers to project success
• Configure and test internal systems
• Adhere to all Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
