Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the execution of high-quality and timely client projects. The role will collaborate across departments to drive process improvement and best practices that position Onbe as a leader in the industry.

Requirements

• Manage cross-functional activities that support low/mid-level scale implementations
• Serve as single point of contact for all change orders, escalations on existing client program base
• Execute effective implementation methodology and customize project plans based on internal processes, configuration requirements, and client needs
• Coordinate project deliverables among internal teams ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements
• Maintain accurate project status to achieve deliverables and keep task owners apprised on next steps
• Escalate barriers to project success, partnering closely with Client Support and Leadership to action and resolve issues quickly
• Configure and test internal systems to verify all program requirements have been fulfilled
• Adhere to all Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
