Implementations Operations Manager

As the Implementations Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our clients' journeys with Onbe, ensuring teams are equipped with requirements, tools, and training needed to perform optimally, and drive strategic and operational initiatives with key functions across the organization.

Requirements

• Establish and enable implementation best practices, and methodologies within the team and with internal partners
• Formulate, implement, and maintain long and short-range plans, policies, and documentation
• Train and enable team members on process changes, SOP updates, and product enhancements
• Create, implement, and maintain standard processes and practices for new hires and existing talent
• Develop and execute operational transformation solutions as needed to support overall implementation objectives
• Set direction for the development and implementation of product, compliance, and operational rollouts, policies, and procedures
• Reporting on relevant KPIs and metrics
