Implementations Operations Manager

The Implementations Operations Manager will play a vital role in the success of our clients' journeys with Onbe, ensuring teams are equipped with the requirements, tools, and training needed to perform optimally in their day-to-day tasks. This role will partner with team members to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives with key functions across the organization.

Requirements

• Establish and enable implementation best practices, and methodologies within the team and with internal partners
• Formulate, implement, and maintain long and short-range plans, policies, and documentation
• Train and enable team members on process changes, SOP updates, and product enhancements
• Create, implement, and maintain standard processes and practices for new hires and existing talent
• Develop and execute operational transformation solutions
• Set direction for the development and implementation of product, compliance, and operational rollouts, policies, and procedures
• Reporting on relevant KPIs and metrics
• Perform miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned
