Internal Applications Architect

Onbe is seeking an Internal Applications Architect to design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale software solutions, ideally within Payments and/or Financial Services.

Requirements

• Provide technical and architectural leadership for complex initiatives
• Guide adoption of AI-assisted development and platform capabilities
• Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, architectural standards, code reviews, and system documentation
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and security issues across application layers
• Champion automated testing and quality practices
• Mentor and coach engineers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate cross-functionally
