OnBuy is an online marketplace looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to maximize incremental GMV and contribution from Google & Bing Shopping/PMax. The role involves owning the full Shopping & PMax architecture, controlling interplay between PMax and Standard Shopping, and designing and maintaining complex feed-driven segmentation frameworks.
Requirements
- True super-expert in Google Shopping & PMax: priorities, campaign types, listing groups, negative logic, feed rules, schema versioning, MC troubleshooting.
- Deep Merchant Center expertise.
- Experience operating in a multi-million SKU marketplace environment
- Confident with contribution-based optimisation and rapid trading cycles.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with experimentation.
- Hands-on ownership of Google Merchant Center including schema troubleshooting, attribute debugging, disapproval resolution and feed-rule design.
- Proven experience designing Google Shopping/PMax architecture â including campaign tiering, listing-group design, negative-logic frameworks, and feed-driven segmentation.
- Ability to build and maintain custom label frameworks tied to commercial logic (e.g., margin tiers, stock states, product groups, performance segmentation).
- Experience managing Shopping/PMax for large catalogues at scale (100,000+ SKUs minimum; ideally 1M+).
- Demonstrated capability implementing SKU-level contribution or profit-based bidding logic.
- Experience controlling PMax signal pathways â preventing contamination, isolating high-value SKUs, and shaping traffic using feed-level engineering.
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues across the entire chain: Feed â Merchant Center â Ads â PMax/Shopping.
- Experience with inventory filtering, multi-tier segmentation (L1/L2/L3) or equivalent layered Shopping systems.
- Hands-on experience with feed tools (Channable, DataFeedWatch, Intelligent Reach, or custom internal feeds) beyond surface-level usage.
- Ability to run structured architecture tests (campaign consolidation, label schema redesigns, feed experiments).
