We are an online marketplace looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to maximise incremental GMV and contribution from Google & Bing Shopping/PMax through world-class campaign architecture, feed intelligence, and efficiency control.
Requirements
- True super-expert in Google Shopping & PMax
- Deep Merchant Center expertise
- Experience operating in a multi-million SKU marketplace environment
- Confident with contribution-based optimisation and rapid trading cycles
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with experimentation
- Hands-on ownership of Google Merchant Center
- Proven experience designing Google Shopping/PMax architecture
- Ability to build and maintain custom label frameworks
- Experience managing Shopping/PMax for large catalogues at scale
- Demonstrated capability implementing SKU-level contribution or profit-based bidding logic
- Experience controlling PMax signal pathways
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues across the entire chain
- Experience with inventory filtering, multi-tier segmentation or equivalent layered Shopping systems
- Hands-on experience with feed tools
- Ability to run structured architecture tests
- Familiarity with profitability modelling or dynamic pricing
- Experience with BI tools or SQL
- Experience with automation (scripts, feed tools)
