Protection and Control (P&C) Engineering Specialist

As a Protection and Control (P&C) Engineering Specialist, you'll learn and gain hands-on experience installing, testing, troubleshooting, maintaining and analyzing the performance of protection and control equipment, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems and associated communication devices. This role is a 3-month internship with the opportunity for conversion thereafter.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Proficiency in electrical/electronic theory and computer hardware/software skills
• Leadership abilities with strong commitment to discipline, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-stakes environments
• Strong communication skills, including technical writing and oral communication
• Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Flexibility, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills to handle diverse types of work
• Effective communication across disciplines and functions to achieve common goals and company business purposes
