HR Operations Lead

Ondo Finance is seeking an HR Operations Lead to own and scale the company's core People infrastructure, including HR systems, compensation operations, compliance frameworks, and employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 or more years of HR Operations or People Operations experience
• Experience owning HRIS platforms and compensation administration processes
• Strong understanding of employment law fundamentals and regulatory compliance
• Experience supporting performance review and compensation planning cycles
• Demonstrated systems thinking and process design capability
