Junior IT Administrator

We are seeking a systems-oriented Junior IT Administrator to join our Corporate IT team. This role combines hands-on IT operations and Tier 1 to 2 support with ownership across identity, access, endpoint management, and employee lifecycle workflows. You will work closely with the Lead IT Administrator and Security team to operate and improve a modern, SaaS-first, highly automated IT environment.

Requirements

• Administer identity and access management platforms such as Okta
• Support SSO and SCIM integrations between IAM systems and core SaaS platforms
• Enforce least-privilege access principles and execute periodic access reviews and audit support activities
• Manage secure and timely onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Support macOS endpoint management using platforms such as Addigy or Kandji
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across identity systems, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS endpoints
• Contribute to low-code and no-code automation initiatives
• Support vendor lifecycle processes
