6+ years of experience working with governments, policy institutions, or development organizations, proven experience analyzing policies, legislation, and regulatory frameworks, and demonstrated success in developing and managing multi-year public or private partnerships

The role requires over 3 years of experience in managing field-based rural/development projects, with great team and project management skills

5+ years of experience in agriculture, experience managing teams, and experience in MEL

5+ years of experience in credit or field operations, with a focus on leading teams and improving farmer livelihoods

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance. 5-7 years experience in internal audit. Strong risk assessment and audit plan development skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related. 3+ years of supply chain experience, plus data analysis and negotiation skills. Project management experience desired

5+ years exp in business dev/exp. 3+ years exp leading teams. Exp expanding into new markets. Hausa fluency and willingness to work in rural areas required

3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or adoption-focused roles, ability to design farmer-centered communication strategies, and strong communication skills
