Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and over 4 years of experience in finance, consulting, or strategic advisory

3+ years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), data analysis, or program evaluation, and experience managing medium to high complexity projects with increasing independence

10+ years of relevant fundraising experience, consistent fundraising results in the 7–8 figure range annually, experience independently managing the full fundraising cycle

5+ years experience in major decentralised rural programs, field experience working with smallholder farmers, and a bachelor's degree

7+ years in strategy, People Management, Human Resource business partner - including 3+ years managing teams. Experience leading cross-team workstreams or systems (e.g., performance, compliance, OKR setting)

5+ years of experience in credit or field operations, with a focus on leading teams and improving farmer livelihoods

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance. 5-7 years experience in internal audit. Strong risk assessment and audit plan development skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related. 3+ years of supply chain experience, plus data analysis and negotiation skills. Project management experience desired

5+ years exp in business dev/exp. 3+ years exp leading teams. Exp expanding into new markets. Hausa fluency and willingness to work in rural areas required

1 year of experience in Supply Chain or Store Management, Advanced Certificate in Procurement & Supply Operations (Level 4, CIPS), or a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
