Nigeria Expansion Specialist

One Acre Fund is seeking an Expansion Specialist to identify new products, services, and strategies for expansion in the Nigerian market. The role involves developing expansion plans, managing communication, and coordinating with program leaders. The company provides high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, and training to smallholder farmers, and is focused on supporting at least 50% of Nigerian farming households.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in business development, expansion, or related field
• 3+ years leading teams and collaborating across departments
• Experience expanding into new markets
• Fluency in Hausa
• Willingness to work in rural areas
