Job Description
One Acre Fund is seeking a Credit Lead to design and implement its credit program in Nigeria, with a focus on providing access to credit for smallholder farmers. The successful candidate will lead a team and collaborate with other leaders to ensure program sustainability and deeper farmer impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of leading credit or field operations teams
- 3+ years of experience managing and coaching multi-level teams to achieve sales, enrollment, and repayment goals
- Experience assessing risks, tracking performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership
- Experience working with diverse teams to support program priorities
- Willingness to be based in rural areas for project durations
- Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in target markets like Hausa
