Nigeria Data Quality Coordinator

One Acre Fund is seeking a detail-oriented data professional to own survey design, data quality, and analysis within their MEL team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and quality management, and strong proficiency in statistical software, including Stata and Excel. The role involves survey development, data quality management, KPI tracking, and training and mentoring of field teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in data analysis, data cleaning, and data quality management.
• Knowledge of Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Strong proficiency in statistical software, specifically Stata.
• Experience with mobile data collection tools like CommCare (including survey design and programming).
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to create structure out of chaotic workflows and manage multiple data streams.
• A rigorous approach to data accuracy and quality assurance.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and drive them to completion.
