Tupande Soko Chief of Staff

As the Soko Chief of Staff, you will provide execution support to the Market Access Director, coordinate team-wide communications, and propel special projects. To succeed in this role, you will need to excel as a generalist and be intrinsically motivated by results.

Requirements

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalents)
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Data analysis and performance management systems
• Business operations, supply chain, and agribusiness experience
• Understanding of East African agricultural markets and smallholder farmer dynamics
• Familiarity with One Acre Fund’s operating model and Soko’s approach to farmer impact, new value chains, etc.
