Administrative Assistant I

One Federal Solution is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to support United States Marshals Service management and staff with daily office activities and operational support functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust background investigation
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite required
