One Federal Solution is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support USMS management and staff with daily office activities and operational functions as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years specialized experience related to administrative duties
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust background investigation
• Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
• Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements
