Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year in outpatient primary care coupled with a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care
- Practiced in Oregon, obtained by start date
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate with diverse patients
- Ability to use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Openness to feedback and reflection
