Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting
• Must obtain a state license in Oregon
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all backgrounds
• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
