Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Florida, obtained by start date
