As a Bakery Cashier, you will get to know and build relationships with our guests, learn about their preferences, and make recommendations of new items they may want to try. You will serve food and beverage items while creating a positive environment for our guests.
Requirements
- Greet customers as they enter
- Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
- Take orders while paying attention to details
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Serve beverages and prepared food
- Receive and process payments
- Keep the bar area clean
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
- Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictates
- Bread packing duties such as packaging, labeling and slicing during slow service times.
