Job Description
One Off Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in maintaining high quality and consistency in all BOH processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of overall BOH experience and be able to handle stress under pressure.
Requirements
- Maintains high quality and consistency in all BOH processes
- Leads by example and teaches proper technique and execution
- Focuses on improving food cost and safety and health regulations
- Assists with managing kitchen inventory and training new staff members
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned
