Customer Success Specialist

One Rooted builds a recruitment operating system for agencies and companies. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the success of our customers after onboarding, guiding them through product usage and ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Consultancy, or Recruitment Operations
• Understanding of recruitment processes (agency and/or corporate)
• Analytical strength: you read behavior in data and in conversations
• Structured approach: you maintain overview where others see complexity
• Strong communication skills, businesslike and clear
• Independent, but comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up environment
