
Job description
The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, maintenance, and upkeep of facility equipment, building systems, and administrative support related to facility operations. This position is an individual contributor role and does not have direct reports.
Perform and coordinate routine and preventative maintenance for facility equipment and building systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain logs and records related to equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Previous experience in facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, or a related field required, working knowledge of building systems, general maintenance practices, and equipment troubleshooting, ability to manage inventory and purchasing processes, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
