Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, maintenance, and upkeep of facility equipment, building systems, and administrative support related to facility operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, or a related field required
• Working knowledge of building systems, general maintenance practices, and equipment troubleshooting
• Experience coordinating vendors and external service providers
• Ability to manage inventory and purchasing processes
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and maintenance instructions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
