Requirements
- 3–5 years in franchise consulting, business development, multi-unit retail operations, or a field-based advisory role
- A natural coach—patient, clear, and motivating, with the backbone to have hard conversations when needed
- Strong financial acumen: able to analyze P&Ls, identify margin leaks, and translate numbers into actionable advice
- Comfortable on the road and able to thrive working independently across a regional territory
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with CRM/reporting tools
