We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple verticals and channels.
Requirements
- Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.
- Improve the customer journey from initial awareness through engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
