Procurement Analyst

The Procurement Analyst will support strategic and operational procurement initiatives by delivering data-driven insights, optimizing sourcing decisions, and ensuring procurement activities align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Analyze procurement data, spending trends, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities, category insights, and process improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support sourcing strategies and procurement decision-making.
• Support sourcing events by preparing market research, pricing comparisons, cost modeling, and supplier evaluation materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and align procurement analytics with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, performance metrics, and procurement analytics.
• Assist in evaluating supplier proposals, total cost of ownership, and risk assessments to support category strategies.
• Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cycle times, contract compliance, savings realization, and supplier scorecards.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or supplier performance in a timely manner.
• Partner with the sourcing leads to implement category strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise procurement goals.
• Recommend enhancements to procurement processes, tools, and policies based on analytical insights and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement standards and support audit, documentation, and data-integrity initiatives.
