Requirements
- Educational background in Business or Marketing, or alternatively in Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
