Onera Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment efforts and own the hiring pipeline for commercial and sales roles, with a focus on US growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring culture fit, and building a powerful hiring pipeline across multiple functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or another relevant field
• Strong experience hiring commercial and sales profiles, ideally within the US market
