Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive successful delivery of complex automation initiatives across technical, product, and customer teams. As a trusted advisor to customers, you will align technical strategy with business goals and coordinate planning, execution, and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management in a software, automation, or technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders, balancing delivery execution with relationship management
