Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role; spa or hospitality experience a plus
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with point of sale systems; Book4Time knowledge highly desirable
- Computer literate with proficient typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook mail and calendar, Word, Excel)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Sales-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude
- Responsible, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
