OES is seeking an experienced Head of Organisational Development and Capability to design and execute our global Organisational Development strategy, driving transformation across organisational design, leadership capability, ways of working, and future workforce readiness.
Requirements
- Partner closely with the Executive team and senior leaders to deliver strategic organisational transformation
- Shape organisational design, operating models, leadership capability, and ways of working aligned to a growth strategy
- Lead complex, global change initiatives and embed fit-for-purpose change management practices
- Define and deliver future-focused leadership development & succession plans
- Build organisational capability in Generative AI and digital ways of working, enabling responsible adoption at scale
- Design and embed a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive culture across the organisation
- Own and evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Lead and grow an Organisational Development function, role-modelling agility, innovation, and impact
