Microsoft 365 Administrator for a UK IT Firm

The Microsoft 365 Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, management, and support of the company’s Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other integrated applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security features, compliance tools, and best practices.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management.
• Experience managing Azure Active Directory (AAD) for user and device management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
