Onsemi is seeking a dynamic and experienced EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This role will lead a geographically dispersed team of recruiters across Europe and partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers throughout EMEA.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-country recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of European HR processes, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven success in university recruiting and building early-career pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment metrics, KPIs, and data-driven reporting.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and vendor management.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA based on business needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
