Job Description
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral part of our Global People Strategy team, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across EMEA and APAC. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of the EMEA and Eastern European talent market, experienced in leading full-cycle recruitment processes, and passionate about engaging passive candidates.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter working for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe
- Hands-on ownership and leadership of the end-to-end hiring process
- Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques
- Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment
- A people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Native level English
