Job Description
Join onsemi as a Principal Digital IC Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced MCU subsystems, hardware accelerators, and peripheral interfaces. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will architect and benchmark next-generation designs, guide product teams through integration, and mentor engineers to elevate the teamâs technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Architect, specify, implement, simulate, and benchmark MCU and DSP systems
- Develop hardware accelerators, and interface peripherals
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive design reviews
- Lead project activities and contribute to methodology and flow improvements
- Guide product and integration teams on system definition and hardwareâsoftware integration
- Participate in verification, validation, and FPGA prototyping
- Coordinate SDK and toolchain development with the software team
