We are seeking a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will lead multiple analog IPs, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership in driving architecture design and circuit design.
Requirements
- Mentor junior Analog IC design engineers
- Lead multiple analog IPs with IP ownership and responsibility
- Resolving complex analog problems and proposing solutions
- Providing design guidance and developing schedules
- Evaluating project progress and results
- Collaborating with Design Verification teams and physical designers
- Working with systems engineers, application engineers, and marketing
- Collaborating with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams
- Providing technical leadership in driving architecture design and circuit design
