onsemi is seeking a Senior Principal Analog design Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This role will focus on developing Power management products and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- Mentor junior Analog IC design engineers
- Lead multiple analog IPs with IP ownership and responsibility
- Resolve complex analog problems and propose solutions
- Provide design guidance and monitor progress throughout the project
- Collaborate with Design Verification teams and other teams to ensure successful project completion
