Sr. Product Engineer

Product engineer for Power MOSFET Division for New Product Development, responsibilities include leading new product development activities, facilitating design and testing, and establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Lead new product development activities
• Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and releasing of the product to market
• Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner
• Perform product characterization, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable reports
• Generate and maintain project documents such as product data sheets, test specifications, Engineering build requests, reliability test allocation, test related reports, project documents and support for other manufacturing related documentations.
• Agile management for project documentation and updates as well as for product attribute set-up
• Collaboration and coordination of global functional teams
• Prepare and present status updates of critical projects to upper management
