Staff Product Engineer

Staff Product Engineer responsible for leading new product development and new package development projects for Power MOSFET Division. Collaborates with Test Engineering and Manufacturing Test Engineering teams to ensure smooth ramp-up to mass production.

Requirements

• Lead new product development and new package development projects for MOSFET, SiC, GaN and GaN Driver
• Collaborate with Test Engineering and Manufacturing Test Engineering teams
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
• Establish comprehensive test coverage to eliminate test escapes and guarantee product quality
• Perform product characterization, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable reports
• Generate and maintain project documents such as product data sheets, test specifications, Engineering build requests, reliability test allocation, test related reports, project documents and support for other manufacturing related documentations
