The Strategic Program Manager is a key member of the Office of the CEO responsible for coordinating and executing enterprise-wide initiatives that drive the CEO’s vision and priorities.
Requirements
- Strategic Planning: Lead cross-functional programs that advance the CEO’s vision, including strategic planning, business process optimization, performance management, and change management.
- AI Transformation: Champion the adoption and integration of AI tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and strategic insights.
- Program Management: Drive execution of CEO projects, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), Goals, board meetings, and strategic planning processes.
- Corporate Governance: Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for CEO initiatives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate executive alignment across direct reports, E-staff, and board members.
- Process Improvement: Optimize business processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement and transformation.
