Onset Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Sr IT Project Manager with expertise in Oracle ERP solutions including Oracle Cloud, and Oracle EBS to lead large-scale ERP implementation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery across complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle ERP solutions including Oracle Cloud, and Oracle EBS.
- Manage all phases of application projects including planning, budgeting, resource estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with business leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee change management processes and obtain approvals for scope, schedule, and resource changes.
- Monitor project progress, resolve escalations, and provide status reporting/dashboard updates to leadership.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate operational and project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams.
- Drive integration between business processes, current application environments, and Oracle ERP solutions.
- Coordinate development activities with vendors and contract resources as needed.
- Strong leadership, project planning, and team management skills.
