We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounts, build relationships with farm operators, and ensure customers get the most out of our product.

• Experience owning customer relationships within an agricultural environment
• Commercial instincts and the ability to think about retention, not just satisfaction
• The ability to build trust with people who didn't ask for software and need to be shown why it works
• Clear communication skills and the ability to keep things simple
• Organised and proactive nature, with the ability to manage a large portfolio
