Job Description
The Client Advocate Supervisor is a leader who helps shape the client experience at Milestones. In this role, you will oversee and support a team of Client Advocates, ensuring that every client is cared for with compassion, safety, and excellence. The position involves leading and developing the Client Advocate team, creating and managing staff schedules, interviewing and hiring new Client Advocates, and facilitating psycho-educational groups and community gatherings.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience supervising or leading a team
- Familiarity with and experience in adult residential treatment settings and/or 12-Step/recovery processes
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis de-escalation skills
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A valid driver's license
