Job Description
Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Human Resources Consultant. The role is responsible for providing advice and guidance to line management and employees on various HR related matters.
Requirements
- University Degree or Post Secondary Education in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience as a HR Consultant, HR Advisor or HR Generalist
- Labour/employee relations experience in a unionized environment will be an asset
- CHRL designation or Masters Degree in Human Resources is considered an asset
