Job Description
The Associate Systems Analyst will provide technical support to internal teams and external partners, investigating and troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with senior analysts and IT teams. This role requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with various technologies.
Requirements
- Business, Computer Science or related degree or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
