Job Description
Business Partner Specialist will partner with Investments Business Partner team and other stakeholders to provide support on various activities and annual programs. The role will support aspects of P&C Business Partner Services, including supporting Business Partners for Annual Programs, P&C Data Analytics & Reporting, Job Changes and Organizational Design, and Administration.
Requirements
- University degree, HR related degree preferred
- Ability to manage, perform and prioritize multiple priorities under time constraints
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of HR policies and programs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite
- Proven ability in reporting and analytics
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
